E-Cubed (Explore, Engage, Empower) is a brand-new job placement project that provides tailored services taking into account students' needs and objectives. It aims:
- to improve the awareness of students' strengths, interests, motivations, and aspirations by individual guidance interviews for reflecting on their professional plan (Explore);
- to facilitate career mentoring meetings with alumni in various fields, as informal moments of exchange and personal interaction regarding professional experiences, technical information, and practical hints and tips (Engage);
- to encourage the participation in activities and services from a "catalogue", including research as a profession, skills for the new productive and organizational paradigms, boost your career, learning from leaders, and job fairs (Empower).
The main aim of E-Cubed project is to support the professional development and growth of students' potential for the transition process from university to job market by reflection on oneself, assessment of skills, use of tools and competences for job applications, sharing of information, meeting with testimonials, on field experiences in companies and contacts with organizations.
E-Cubed is jointly designed and developed by the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca and the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (POR FSE 2014 - 2020 Program, funded by the Region of Tuscany).
