The Programme

The first edition of the Executive Master in Decision Intelligence, jointly developed by Scuola IMT Alti Studi Lucca and GEAL S.p.A., aims to provide professionals with advanced skills in strategic, organisational, and economic decision-making, together with data analysis skills through the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

The programme focuses on developing leadership skills and authoritative change management, preparing participants to lead their organisational unit with decisions based on the latest behavioural, neuroscientific and technological evidence. Through a practical approach, participants learn how to effectively address and resolve complexity and uncertainty, improve risk management, including cybersecurity, make interaction more effective, both horizontally and vertically, and promote sustainable innovation.
