Title of my research project is "Ispi, the first Italian think tank in international politics. A story of persistence and disruption (1933-1970)".
In my thesis I analyze the history of Ispi as a meaningful case study in order to better comprehend two different topics even if intertwined: on one hand I want to examine what the origins of think tanks in international politics were and what their role was, on the other hand my aim is to shed light on the relationship between Ispi and Italian foreign policy.
