Today the Institute inaugurates the Academic Year celebrating its attractiveness in terms of human and financial capital. First, the arrival of the new students of PhD Program: 36 young talents from 12 different countries: India, China, Argentina, the United States, Russia, Ukraine, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Germany, Greece; and 17 Italians. Second, the new researchers: 16 young scholars, half foreigners, designated after a very competitive international recruitment campaign throughout all 2014.
During the ceremony, the Director also highlighted the significant growing number of projects - including regional, national, European, non-European and industrial projects - which makes a total amount of more than 10 million euro in the last four years.
IMT thus strengthens its international relevance as a center of scientific excellence for the analysis of the economic, social, technological and cultural systems, with the approval of the Minister Stefania Giannini, who attended the ceremony.
