My research focuses on the incentives faced by regional bureaucrats in Russia and China, as well as on institutional and development economics and comparative political economy more broadly.
In July 2013, I
completed my PhD at IMT, and then joined the Higher School of Economics
in Moscow as a post-doc research fellow in September 2013
