Activity
Activity in the area of Econometrics, Statistics and Data Visualization. The position involves research, supervision and management of Scientific Tasks in the framework of the funded project CRISISLAB. In particular: quantitative analysis of large databases through econometric techniques; analysis of properties of empirical distributions through parametric and nonparametric methods.
Formal requirements
Possession of a Ph.D. in a related field. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Specific requirements
Scientific applications programming skills, good mathematical skills will be required, and candidates' knowledge will be evaluated specifically regarding:
- strong statistics background;
- previous research work in the domain of econometrics;
- Knowledge of STATA, MatLab;
- Data Visualization techniques.
Gross amount
from €19.360 to €25.000 a year.
Duration
1 year renewable.
