San Francesco - Via della Quarquonia 1 (Classroom 1 )
In this session we discuss collaborative and open innovation strategies. We explain the benefits and risks of outside-in (R&D partnerships) and inside-out (licensing) open innovation activities. We discuss the management of bilateral R&D partnerships and multilateral innovation ecosystems, open intellectual property models, and the effectiveness of crowdsourcing initiatives in the development of new innovations.
