Kartpagam, better known as Chitrah is a PhD student in the Management of Digital Transformation track where she works with her supervisors from the Neuroscience Lab and industrial partner, Intessa San Paolo, on the metaverse project.
The project's macro focus is the implications of a meta-workplace on the management outcomes and business model of an organisation. This exploration looks at the behavioural, organisational and neuroscientific aspects that influence an organisation. The project aims to test the ergonomics of the meta-workplace to understand the functional and social interaction within an organisation.
