Stay Permit Renewal (Only for NON EU Students)
It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of your Stay Permit, and to contact the Campus
Management and Front Office of IMT School starting from 60 days before the expiry date (not before!). You can get in touch with the Campus Management and Front Office of the School that will book for you an appointment with the Immigration Office of the Police Headquarters and guide you with the application of your Stay Permit.
Yes, you can renew it within 60 days after the expiration date.
- Form 1 (Modello 1) given by the Campus Management and Front Office, to fill with your general information
- A copy of the Stay Permit to be renewed, front and back;
- A copy of all pages of your ppassport (except the blank pages);
- A copy of the attendance certificate issued by the PhD Higher and Education Office (phd@imtlucca.it)
- Copy of the health insurance or payment receipt;
- Receipt of the postal bulletin (bollettino postale) of € 80,46 that you will have to pay at any post offices;
- Duty stamp (marca da bollo) of € 16,00.
On that day, you will complete the process for the renewal of your Italian Stay Permit and you will be fingerprinted too.
