Pietro Saggese is an Assistant Professor since November 2023 at IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, where he also obtained his PhD in Economics and Data Science in July 2021.
From 2021 until 2023, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Complexity Science Hub Vienna and the Austrian Institute of Technology.
Giorgio Stefano Gnecco is currently Full Professor in Mathematical Methods of Economics and of Actuarial and Financial Sciences at the IMT - School for Advanced Studies, Lucca, working in the Analysis of compleX Economic Systems (AXES) research unit.
Giacomo Marzi is Associate Professor of Management at IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca.
He also serves as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Strategic Change, and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management. Previously, he held the position of Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Enterprise at the University of Lincoln (UK).
Irene Crimaldi is Associate Professor of Statistics at IMT Lucca (Italy). Moreover, she is a member of the Scientific Board of the IMT PhD programs.
In 2006-2011 she was researcher and "Professore aggregato" of Probability and Mathematical Statistics at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Bologna and then, in 2011-2014 she was tenured assistant professor and "Professore aggregato" of Probability and Mathematical Statistics at IMT.
