Paolo joined the IMT School in September 2015. He has obtained his Ph.D. degree in Economics in 2015 from the University of California, Berkeley under the supervision of Prof. Enrico Moretti.
His research interests include: Urban and Regional Economics, Applied Econometrics, Industrial Organization (in particular, Innovation and Productivity studies) as well as the Economics and Econometrics of Networks. Paolo helps (co-)advise IMT students working in applied microeconomics, especially on topics related to his research interests. He holds office hours between 2:30pm and 4:30pm on Wednesday.
