Profile:

We are looking for candidates who will engage in innovative research within the fields of economics, management,statistics, or data science.
Applicants should show clear research potential and strong teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Italian is not necessary, but an excellent level of written and spoken English is required.
Background in theoretical and/or empirical analysis will be considered an asset.
A broad interest in multidisciplinary research is also encouraged.
The place of work is Lucca. Physical presence at the office is required based on the needs related to research activities.

Activity:

Selected fellow will work in the AXES Research Unit, contributing to its development along a number of dimensions:
- outstanding publications;
- intensive scientific collaboration with AXES members;
- participation in the scientific activities of AXES;
- teaching support at the doctoral level  in the PhD tracks to which AXES contributes;
- promotion of multidisciplinary research on economic phenomena.

Formal requirements:

• master’s degree (Laurea Magistrale) or equivalent qualification obtained abroad;

Specific requirements:

• excellent command of written and spoken English.
