Management and maintenance of the technological infrastructure. Configuration, support, repair and technical assistance of the School's proprietary hardware and network management including Wi-Fi, telephone, direct connections to national research networks, cloud and VPN solutions for remote working.
Management of access systems, badges and printers, and audio/video systems in classrooms. Management of hardware and software purchases, inventories and decommissioned resources. Technical support for all forms of hybrid communication such as meetings, lectures and conferences.
Maintenance and development of the information system, managing both on-premise and cloud applications, as well as cybersecurity and digital identity management. Coordination of collaborations with external entities for the management of specific applications, energy management activities.
