Legal and administrative management of teaching, research and technical-administrative staff, collaborators and linguistic experts, research fellows and external collaborators of all types, including visiting professors, researchers on fixed-term contracts and similar figures deriving from the implementation of Law 240/2010, from the recruitment phase, to career management up to retirement and retirement, including the management of salaries and compensation. Management of the legal files of teaching, research and technical-administrative personnel.
Management of activities related to the establishment of the employment relationship and appointment measures. Support to the General Director in the management of labour relations, the definition of the C.C.I. and other union agreements and the management of relations with union representatives (preparation of documents, etc.) and in the constitution and management of the personnel accessory fund.
Support to the General Director in activities concerning organisational development, the personnel incentive system, organisation planning.
Support to the General Director in the planning of annual and three-year recruitments of all personnel.
