Secretariat activities. Providing support to the Rector and the General Director with regard to institutional activities.
Performing administrative support duties to the Academic Senate, the Board of Governors , the International Advisory Board, the Central Guarantee Committee and other Committees of the School.
Managing elections of the internal and external Governing bodies of the School.
Managing institutional collaborations and patronage requests. Management of activities related to setting up, drafting, reviewing and approving Framework Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding. Advising on and coordinating access to administrative documents.
Supporting the DPO in fulfilling activities related to privacy. Managing the registry, record keeping, filing and conservation.
