The Program
In a multidisciplinary perspective, unique in Italy, and with a combination of theoretical lectures and practical-application workshops, the Master's course is aimed at deepening the main legal, economic and social profiles that concern the governance of the sports phenomenon. The Master's course is aimed at lawyers already active in the field of sports law, and professionals, non-lawyers, who hold positions, of a managerial or administrative nature, with sports federations or other entities, public or private, active in the same field, as well as recent graduates who intend to pursue a professional career in the world of sports law and management.
Teaching Activities
The Master's program, which will be entirely held in Italian, includes five phases:
- "The Fundamentals of Sports Law",
- "National and International Sports Justice",
- "Sport between Law and Economics",
- "Sport and Society",
- "The Frontiers of the Sports Phenomenon and New Technologies"
for a total of 216 hours, of which 32 hours are laboratory.
Attendance of training activities is compulsory for 80% of the total scheduled hours.

Bodies
The Scientific Committee has the scientific responsibility for the Master's course, ensures the orderly conduct of the teaching activities, and proposes to the Management Committee for approval the program of the Master's program, the professors and tutors to be entrusted, by mutual agreement, with the teaching and tutoring activities.
The Management Committee, among other things, defines the modalities of implementation of the Master's program and oversees the orderly conduct of teaching activities, also setting the criteria for the allocation of any scholarships.

Selection Procedures
The selection procedure consists of assessment of qualifications and interview. The motivational profile of the candidates will be evaluated in the interview.
The application must be submitted through the online application form by no later than 11:59 p.m. (Italian time) on November 30th, 2022.

Interviews
Interviews will be held on January 9th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
