The executive master offers school principals and directors of vocational training firms the approach of light leadership (LL) that connects teaching and organization. In particular, the LL is oriented to the intervention through "nudging" (gentle pushing), promotes the responsibility of the staff, tends to simplify processes and procedures, stimulates professional communities, and feeds the development of the educational community of the territory.
The program consists of 7 thematic modules:
1. Light leadership and educational and organizational innovation
2. Behavioral economics, teaching and organization
3. The practices of organizational and educational levity
4. Innovative teaching between tactile, digital and visual
5. Experiences of light leadership in schools and beyond
6. Research, leadership, teaching
7. Educational communities and global contexts
By the end of the course, participants will have developed
