Dmitri Lee

Mr. Dmitri Lee graduated from National University of Uzbekistan in 2003 and got his Bachelor degree in Mathematics. In 2005 he was awarded the Master of Science degree in Nuclear Physics. In addition, Mr. Lee has the Master of Science degree in Law from the University of Turin.

Moreover, Mr. Lee has 6 years of professional experience in procurement, both in a private and public sectors. He has in-depth expertise in procurement and project management. Mr. Lee is experienced in project accounting, cost control, contract administration, and procurement management and estimating, project budgeting, planning and project scheduling.

His professional experience includes extensive involving as procurement specialist in infrastructure, social and health sectors projects financed by International Financial Institutions (IFI). His key force is realization of acquisitions under IFI’s procurement guidelines and procedures and as well as the Law of Uzbekistan and EU directives.
