UJ Consortium for Placement Services

Sharing the common mission of singling out and cultivating their students' talent, IMT, Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa and Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Pisa have joined in a consortium, first experience in Italy, called U.J. Career and Placement Services, in order to promote the transfer of high−skilled individuals to the most competitive and innovative enterprises of the global market.

U.J. was born to bring the most innovative enterprises and institutions of the national and international market into contact with talented graduates, PhDs and young researchers of the three Schools. The aim is to provide a complete range of excellence profiles, with a rigorous and qualified education, possessing attitudes and potentialities required by the most competitive realities.

Through U.J. Career and Placement Services, IMT

− supplies specific services allowing the analysis of professional competences required by the corporate counterpart and preselection of candidates that meet the requirements demanded by the enterprises;

− organizes meetings and sessions with confrontation opportunities between enterprises and students (recruiting days and enterprise presentations), establishment of training and job−inserting apprenticeships worldwide;

− develops and manage common database and contacts with alumni, already committed to business, academic and research world in Italy and abroad, to whom new professional opportunities might be proposed.

Through U.J. Career and Placement Services, IMT Placement Office will connect students and alumni through regular communications and by providing information related to job opportunities in Italy and across the world, allowing them to discover more about the relevant job markets as well as to stay in touch and take advantage of all that being IMT students/alumni can offer.
