Established in 2006, IMT Library is located in what was formerly San Ponziano Church. The Library is mainly for the use of IMT faculty members and IMT students, but is also open to the public during the day.

San Ponziano Church was built in the 9th century and was restored in the 16th and 17th centuries. The exterior of the building dates back to the 17th century. The church was deconsecrated in the second half of the 20th century.
