Information for Authors/Camera-Ready

Camera-ready version of accepted papers must be uploaded via EDAS paper processing system by Monday, February 28, 2010, 23:59 EST.

The format for the camera-ready paper must satisfy the following requirements:
  • The manuscript must be written in English and prepared in Portable Document Format (PDF) format.
  • The camera-ready must be formatted according to the standard IEEE two−column format with single−spaced, ten-point font text, as shown in the following templates, for Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats:
  • The maximum manuscript length is eight (8) pages.
  • All figures, tables, references, etc. are included in the page limit.
  • Papers exceeding the maximum length of eight (8) pages will be subject to an overlength charge of 100 Euro per additional page.
  • The charge shall be paid as an additional fee to ordinary registration by the reference author of the paper.
Authors are requested to make sure that their final, camera-ready .pdf files conform to the IEEE formatting requirements for the inclusion into IEEExplore.

By January 29th, "PDF eXpress® The IEEE Conference Author Tool" service, which helps authors in obtaining IEEE Xplore® compatible camera−ready PDF files, will be available. A guide to the use of PDF eXpress® can be downloaded here. You can access the IEEE PDF eXpress® service here to convert your papers into an IEEE Xplore−compliant PDF format.

Papers that are not prepared using the PDF eXpress or fail the conformance test will not be included in the conference proceedings.

When uploading the camera-ready paper, the authors shall also fill and submit the mandatory IEEE copyright form by using a dedicated link which is available in EDAS.
