Activities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the offices of IMT in managing activities related to the promotion and development of the overall image of the School as well as the layout and graphic design of promotional material for teaching and research activities. This activity will be carried out independently, without an employment contract or exclusivity in respect of the School. The Director of the School will maintain the right to exercise supervision and coordination of activities.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Updating and processing the graphics on the website: www.imtlucca.it
- Designing graphics related to promotional material relating to IMT's institutional activities and events : banners, posters, flyers, pdf and jpg documents, newsletters, business cards, Power Point presentations, etc.)
The salary for the above-mentioned activities is a fixed fee of 6000 euro (net of VAT).
On a case-by-case basis, only when strictly necessary and with specific prior authorization of expenditure, the successful candidate may be required to carry out:
- other activities not included in previous categories, at a rate of 30 euro per hour;

Profile
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and development of high quality IT networking and computational infrastructure and operational service conforming to and meeting the needs of IMT from both administrative and research points of view. The collaboration is aimed at assisting the Director with institutional relations, with particular reference to media relations and specific projects as will be identified from time to time by the Director’s staff. The collaboration, aimed at the implementation of a system of relations with national and international academic institutions and with regional authorities, is in the Director's staff and in coordination with Director's Assistant activities. Profile

IMT Alti studi Lucca indice l'avvio di una procedura di selezione per il conferimento di un incarico di Collaborazione Coordinata e Continuativa, presso l'ufficio Staff al Direttore.
Il profilo richiesto dovrà:
- organizzare eventi e seminari di ricerca, in ambito nazionale ed internazionale (gestione pratiche amministrative in rapporto con gli altri uffici della scuola, contatti, logistica, indirizzari, divulgazione, ecc);
- supportare la segreteria di direzione (gestione agenda, rapporti con terzi nazionali e internazionali appartenenti a contesti e ambiti variegati, logistica e amministrazione: prenotazioni, archiviazione, aggiornamento indirizzari, gestione budget, ecc).
Profilo / requisiti
La figura idonea a ricoprire il posto deve dimostrare di avere:

In order to support the Institute in facing the challenges, IMT is seeking for a professional management position to perform strategic administrative duties.
Duties and responsibilities:
The administrative director position is a professional administrative role in an academic environment.
This position operates with broad authority.

The following are examples of typical duties. Other duties may be assigned by the Board of Directors (Consiglio Direttivo)..
- Direct, guide and evaluate the work of the administrative units.
